The position requires interaction with multiple management levels to enhance brand visibility, engage target demographics, and ensure that all written and visual materials are consistent with brand standards and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across diverse platforms (social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
2. Partner with the creative team to design and produce promotional materials (advertisements, graphics, etc.).
3. Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics tools; modify strategies as necessary.
4. Manage social media profiles and interact with followers to foster brand loyalty.
5. Coordinate with external collaborators and agencies for promotional initiatives.
6. Edit and manage photo and video content for social media platforms.
7. Review, edit, and proofread all marketing materials for precision, clarity, and coherence.
8. Ensure that all content complies with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
9. Create and uphold style guides to guarantee consistency in tone and voice across all written communications.
10. Design and produce marketing collateral (advertisements, graphics, etc.).
11. Conduct research to improve content relevance and accuracy.
12. Edit testimonials and other short-form videos for online platforms.
13. Produce multimedia support content for educational courses and events.
14. Knowledge of content marketing strategies and techniques.
15. Familiarity with webpage design and development.
16. Perform administrative and other office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution or demonstrated skill level and relevant work experience.
2. Education or experience in marketing, advertising, graphic design, media production, or content creation.
3. Experience in graphic design or proficiency with design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and FCPX.
4. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
