Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Capital One. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our enterprise workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support operations, including end-user support, IT incident management, change management, problem management, knowledge management, endpoint management, and business controls.
  • Collaborate with immediate peers and influence leadership to drive operational efficiencies and improve the end-user experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions to complex technical issues.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of technical operations experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with IT systems and infrastructure.
  • At least 1 year of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems.
  • At least 1 year of experience with incident management and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science.
  • At least 1 year of experience with defining, implementing, and leveraging process management functions.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow.
  • At least 1 year of experience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange, Proofpoint, Virtru.
  • At least 1 year of experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
