Job Summary

The IT Help Desk Associate will provide technical support to platform employees, assist with projects and other IT Department tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have one-two solid years of desk-side support experience, including remote work, and possess strong knowledge of Windows 10, MS Office Suite 2016, and Office 365.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support by answering help-desk calls for all staff members, both in-house and remote;
  • Enter all service and support work orders/tickets into the IS Department tracking system;
  • Configure, deliver, and install computers and peripherals;
  • Setup and support presentations and meetings;
  • Move and install PC's, set up, and take down equipment;
  • Interact with servers and communication services;
  • Complete various tasks and projects assigned;
  • Participate in an on-call after-hours support rotation;
  • Travel to other offices for support and/or projects as needed, including overtime when required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the IT Help Desk Associate must have:

  • Solid experience troubleshooting Windows and Windows applications;
  • Experience with personal computer hardware problem diagnosis;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Able to follow-up in a timely and efficient manner;
  • A+ certification desirable but not required;
  • Experience in a corporate environment is advantageous.
