Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication skills. The role involves providing technical support to platform employees, configuring and delivering computers and peripherals, and setting up presentations and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance by answering help-desk calls as needed for all staff members;
- Enter all service and support work orders/tickets into IS Department tracking system;
- Configure, deliver and install computers and peripherals;
- Setup and support presentations and meetings;
- Move and install PC's as set up and take down equipment;
- Interact with servers and communication services;
- Complete various tasks and projects as assigned;
- Part of on-call after-hours support rotation;
- Travel on occasion to other offices for support and/or projects as needed including overtime when needed.
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
