Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at SunSoft Online. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in the industry
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer networking knowledge
Preferred Qualifications

A combination of 4 years education and/or experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
