Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, repair work, and preventative maintenance on all plant machinery, equipment, and instrumentation to sustain plant operations at highly efficient levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment inspections, repairs, and replacements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document project activities and prepare operating standards and maintenance procedures for all equipment and processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance equipment shop
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing equipment and processes, and maintain relationships with equipment vendors and suppliers
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; trade or technical certification preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in preventative maintenance
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, electrical repair, and PLC
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple job tasks and handle detailed and broad-range projects while meeting deadlines
  • Experience with software interface tools for Allen Bradley or GE Fanuc, PLCs, and Windows-based software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to physically complete required tasks, including standing for extended periods, stooping, bending, climbing ladders/stairs, working on roofs, and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25lbs
