Key Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential maintenance issues and proactively address them.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Physical Demands: Ability to frequently stand and walk, lift and move heavy equipment and supplies, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Equipment Operation: Ability to operate equipment and tools, including power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery.
