Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a motivated, skilled, and experienced individual to become a vital part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to quality and the ability to motivate others towards achieving excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and maintain production and other machinery, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Understand and troubleshoot PLCs, control systems, meters, and sensor hardware.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and PID diagrams.
  • Identify potential design improvements to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Install electrical and mechanical components in machinery.
  • Assist with the installation of new machinery and equipment.
  • Report and repair any broken or unsafe equipment.
  • Maintain necessary training, certifications, and education.
  • Oversee the upkeep of buildings and structures.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring safety and productivity.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on plant equipment and update the maintenance management system.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Respond to service requests promptly.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems.
  • Maintain the preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Handle emergency service calls during on-call rotations.
  • Repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electronic components using standard tools.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area.
  • Comply with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Support initiatives aimed at safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist team members in meeting departmental and site objectives.
  • Participate in all necessary tasks to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Uphold the company’s values and adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Complete any specific projects as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as required to meet company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, trade school, or equivalent training and experience.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing with knowledge of AB/Rockwell Automation programming software.
  • Proficient in AC/DC circuits, wiring, motor starters, relays, and PLCs.
  • Familiarity with Omron's Sysmac Studio programming software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
  • High attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
