Customer Service Representative - Spanish Language

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Spanish Language. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, utilizing your excellent communication skills and bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with customers in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service to meet their needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely and thorough updates to management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to learn and utilize computer functions
