Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or product management.
- Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across various teams.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep commitment to customer understanding and product innovation.
- Experience in product lifecycle management (PLM), product catalog, and commerce systems, with familiarity in tools such as Figma, Jira, Google Suite, Smartsheet, ProductPlan, Aha, or similar platforms preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field is required.
This position will also involve supporting teams in different time zones, necessitating participation in calls during evening hours on select days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives aimed at monetization to achieve significant organizational objectives.
- Assess and enhance the core capabilities of the product and pricing platforms, including notification systems and AI applications to accelerate market readiness.
- Facilitate essential business needs and platform integration efforts, focusing on streamlined pricing changes and innovative product bundling.
- Analyze data and user feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement and expansion.
- Conduct regular operational mechanisms or follow-me-home sessions to foster customer empathy, identify challenges, and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Effectively communicate with marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment on product strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution and launches.
- Oversee the review and approval of product requirements with stakeholders, including engineering, design, finance, and marketing.
- Monitor the entire product lifecycle from design through to launch, maintaining high standards for quality and usability, and supporting user readiness through demonstrations and training.
- Ensure ongoing product satisfaction and smooth operation by monitoring daily usage.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the product, addressing inquiries and issues promptly to assist users and development teams.
- Serve as a liaison between users and platform teams, providing the necessary technical and cross-functional insights to guide the market execution process.
