Job Summary

Genesis10 is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Mountain View, CA. This is a 12-month + contract and hybrid remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, modify, implement, test, and support Gainsight
  • Work closely with regional business process owners, Product Owner, and Engineering team to understand business needs and provide new capabilities and functionality
  • Be the Tier 2 support for all aspects of Gainsight
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes
  • Assist with major patch releases and code changes to the production environment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in client implementation and providing support and experience of configuring Gainsight based on business requirements
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • Gainsight certified administrator
  • Experience in supporting Global Sales and support teams
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and leading unit testing
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of Gainsight
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, multitasking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • SFDC and/or Dynamics CRMs experience
  • Support business process experience
