Key Responsibilities:- Partner with leadership teams to refine strategic plans and identify risks and opportunities related to business growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators.
- Create financial models to analyze complex business scenarios and inform go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare financial reporting deliverables to ensure transparency into business performance.
- 4-6 years of experience in the FP&A function or equivalent tenure.
- Advanced knowledge of large, complex organizations and forecasting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and willingness to learn other financial tools.
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred.
Compensation for this role will be determined based on a wide range of factors, including the individual's skill sets, experience, and training, as well as office location and other geographic considerations. The estimated base compensation for this position is $165K-$175K per year.
