Technical Customer Manager

As a Technical Customer Manager for the Cloud Segment in the Compute and Networking Business Unit (CNBU), you will support Micron's Cloud and Hyperscale data center customers across a comprehensive range of DDR, LPDDR, and HBM based memory products and solutions.
You will be a primary interface between the customer and Micron internal teams, developing a long-term relationship and serving as a lead project manager for regular communications inclusive of qualifications, issue resolution, and critical outgoing messaging to meet business plans.
Develop and maintain relationships with key Cloud customers to ensure Micron is a trusted advisor and preferred supplier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular customer updates to Micron management
- Work closely with Micron Business Development, Program Management, Sales and Field teams to align Micron's product roadmaps with customer needs and business goals
- Demonstrated project management skills, executive presentation abilities and customer relationship management experience are key requirements
- Preferably within Memory, Cloud/Hyperscale companies or related field
- Understanding of server system architecture, data center design, Memory device design, applications engineer and technical sales
- Able to relay technical information to and from the customer verbally and in writing at a professional level
- College degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or business/marketing coupled with significant technical experience
- Travel up to 10%-20% may be required
