IT Project Specialist

MicroTech Systems is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Specialist to provide technical guidance and project support to our business and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience.
- Technical Expertise – Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams. Evaluate and respond to software and hardware issues, and determine system capabilities and restrictions.
- Client Support – Collaborate with technical teams to provide exceptional customer service. Work with vendors to explain errors and provide recommendations for solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Applied Science (Computer / Network) or equivalent
- MSP experience preferred
- Six years of related technical support experience, including advanced network design, infrastructure installation, and Microsoft server migrations
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
