Senior Technical Manager

As a Technical Lead at HealthEdge, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technical team and all projects they undertake. This includes analyzing briefs, writing progress reports, identifying risks, and developing work schedules.
The ideal candidate will be able to work with their team and inspire them to reach their goals. They should be able to expand their industry knowledge and quickly identify problems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
* Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
* Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard
* Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
* Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
* Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments
* Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required
* Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
* Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
* Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) plus 5 years of employment experience in software development
* Demonstrated employment experience in applying technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
* Demonstrated employment experience in coding and implementation using an SQL server
* Demonstrated employment experience in RDBMS concepts
* Demonstrated employment experience in Agile Scrum methodologies
* Demonstrated employment experience in data migration
* Demonstrated employment experience working in the HealthCare domain
