Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Greet clients and Showcase Realty, LLC representatives virtually or in person, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Showings Coordination: Facilitate showings and ensure that clients receive an optimal experience, including providing feedback to the client's representative.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Possess a valid NC Real Estate Broker's license (SC license preferred).
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Team Player: Showcase a strong desire to learn and grow, while working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.
  • Client Focus: Display a passion for helping clients find their dream homes and providing exceptional customer service.
