Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership to operational teams, including pharmacists, technicians, and customer service representatives.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.

Requirements:
  • BS/PharmD and RPh license
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in pharmacy operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, including prescription fulfillment, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
