Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at SuffolkSpeech. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our leadership and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior staff members
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
