Credentialing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the credentialing process for healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
