This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow with our organization, while developing leadership skills and expertise in sales and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and grow our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
  • Supervise and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure team success and growth.
  • Train and develop new team members on our systems and processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and report daily field activity, providing valuable insights for business growth and development.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for developing and mentoring team members.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Passion for building relationships and helping others, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce, with experience in data analysis and reporting.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
