Position Summary:

- Talent Development: Design and implement innovative strategies for attracting, nurturing, and retaining top talent to support our exciting growth trajectory.
- Recruitment: Spearhead our hiring initiatives with enthusiasm, partnering with our freelance recruiter to attract and onboard outstanding Sales Associates, Leads, Assistant Managers, and Managers. Your goal is to build a remarkable team that reflects our brand's ethos.
- Onboarding: Develop and manage a welcoming onboarding process that seamlessly integrates new hires and ensures they feel at home from their first day.
- Training: Create and deliver engaging training programs that empower our team members to excel and advance within the organization.
- Employee Retention: Identify and cultivate high performers, implementing initiatives that support their growth and ensure their long-term success with Nati Trancas Malibu.
- Compensation and Payroll: Oversee competitive and equitable compensation structures and payroll processes, ensuring that our team members feel appreciated and rewarded.
- Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws and industry standards to maintain a compliant and ethical workplace.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional and store managers to assess, train, and recruit staff, while collaborating directly with the COO on HR initiatives such as pension plans, incentive structures, and more.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably, 5+ years of experience in HR management, ideally within the retail sector.
- Understanding of retail operations, including the essential skills required to be a successful salesperson and leader.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP, Deputy, and DocuSign.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
