As a Business Development Executive at Comcast, you will be responsible for selling advanced communications solutions to small and mid-size businesses. You will create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate your knowledge of Comcast's latest products and services. Your goal will be to promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer and exceed departmental financial and unit targets.
Core Responsibilities- Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast's positioning and brand.
- Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
- Focus on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
- Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects' ability to communicate effectively.
- Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
- Team with technical, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
- Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to yield production levels of monthly quota performance and above.
- Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
- High School Diploma / GED (Required)
- 5-7 Years of Relative Work Experience
