The Client Experience team is tasked with delivering outstanding, comprehensive experiences for our clients that foster brand loyalty and retention.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling this mission. Your responsibilities will include managing a substantial volume of policy renewals and ensuring optimal coverage for our clients during the renewal process. We prioritize hiring the best talent; our account managers are insurance specialists who are dedicated to providing a premium service experience to every client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to discuss coverage options at renewal, addressing any endorsements or remarketing requests, and thoroughly analyzing carrier quotes for appropriate coverages, terms, and conditions.
  • Proactively work to retain premiums by resolving potential cancellation issues and remarketing policies to ensure Steadily remains the most competitive choice.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients renewing with Steadily, managing inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, SMS, and chat.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Steadily's proprietary insurance products and internal processes, ensuring clients understand what sets Steadily apart from other agencies.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years in the insurance sector, with hands-on experience in shopping, quoting, writing, and servicing personal lines (non-auto) policies, particularly in managing renewals with proven retention success.
  • Insurance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Personal Lines Insurance Products and familiarity with various insurance rating and underwriting practices. Preferred experience with carrier rating engines such as American Modern, Foremost, Safeco, and Stillwater.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying information clearly and professionally while maintaining composure.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and utilize online resources effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a heavy workload with minimal supervision, demonstrating accountability for results.
  • Drive: A desire to engage actively and contribute to an early-stage tech company, seeking rapid personal and professional growth.

Licensing Requirements

  • An active Property & Casualty (not solely Personal Lines) license in your state of residence is required.

Compensation Package

  • On-target earnings of $90,000
