Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans for residents, taking into account their individual needs and health status.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of residents' nutritional status, using evidence-based tools and guidelines to inform care decisions.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  4. Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and best practices.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition, attending conferences and workshops to enhance professional development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition Science, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nutrition, with a strong understanding of nutrition assessment, care planning, and education.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,630.00 - $65,792.00 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
