Job Overview

This Production Supervisor position is an exciting opportunity to join our Manufacturing team and take on a key leadership role. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met, and leading a team of hourly employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, providing guidance and support to your team members.
  • Drive Quality and Productivity: Implement and maintain quality control processes, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and drive productivity improvements.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster positive relationships with your team, union representatives, and management teams.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage, flexible family care, parental leave, and tuition assistance.
