We are seeking a skilled Overnight Operations Department Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the seamless execution of store operations.

Job Description:

The Night Operations Department Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the back-end and front-end operations of our store, ensuring that we provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. This role involves collaborating with other department supervisors and assistant store managers to determine effective methods for meeting service, operations, and safety objectives.

This leadership position requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to drive efficiencies and teach others the skills needed to maintain effective store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting safety walks, reporting hazards, training and monitoring staff, and understanding all safety and lifting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment, including experience providing direction or supervision to teams. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a sales-related license or registration may be necessary depending on the state or local municipality.
