Overview:
RADIAS Health is looking for a dedicated Team Operations Coordinator to assist the ACT team members and the clients they serve. This role encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Managing phone communications, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Maintaining financial records and coordinating events.
  • Ordering office supplies and overseeing direct mail initiatives.
  • Engaging in special projects as assigned.

Interaction:
The Team Operations Coordinator will engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization. This position requires independent judgment and critical thinking to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize a varied workload while suggesting improvements to office practices and procedures.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain team documentation and databases.
  • Gather data and create reports for county and state requirements.
  • Respond to client and staff inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Assist in scheduling client appointments and treatment meetings.
  • Track and update client data in electronic health records.
  • Review client charts for accuracy and completeness.
  • Consult with staff regarding clinical documentation and insurance verifications.
  • Request and log medical records and client authorizations.
  • Design and manage forms and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure timely scanning and uploading of documents into client charts.
  • Sort and distribute mail and faxes to staff.
  • Coordinate supply orders with supervisor approval.
  • Arrange transportation for clients as needed.
  • Manage computer and information systems for the program.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with the team leader.
  • Contribute as a member of the Safety Committee.
  • Facilitate effective communication of team needs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational and clerical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
  • Experience with electronic health records is preferred.
