Installation Operations Coordinator

Perfection Heating & Air Conditioning is a reputable, locally owned enterprise dedicated to providing exceptional service in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) sector within the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas.

As we expand our operations, we are seeking an Installation Operations Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily scheduling tasks to ensure installations are prepared and organized.
  • Generate and maintain job files for the department, including the acquisition of necessary permits.
  • Manage rebate processes and procurement activities.
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling matters and coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors.
  • Facilitate effective communication among installers, field supervisors, clients, vendors, and administrative staff.
