Position Overview:

The Restaurant Operations Manager is the leader of both the Front and Back of House teams, holding complete business accountability for a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). This role embodies the brand within the community and is responsible for developing an internal team that includes Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and restaurant staff, covering both BOH and FOH duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhances team performance in both BOH and FOH to achieve daily excellence and exceptional guest service.
  • Cultivates a positive work atmosphere to drive sales and retain top talent.
  • Oversees the financial and operational success of the business, striving to meet and surpass location and company objectives.
  • Proactively promotes guest service and addresses restaurant-level concerns or complaints.
  • Continuously sources, interviews, and selects top talent to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Leads by example through effective performance management, training, coaching, and modeling of service standards and company policies.
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to sanitation standards and legal regulations.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Area Manager.
  • Achieves SERV Safe Certification within 90 days of employment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the QSR sector, with some level of P&L responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with predominantly English-speaking guests and team members.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
