Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated **Customer Service Representative** to assist in fulfilling the needs of our clients.

**Compensation:** $18.00 per hour

**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

**Duration:** Temporary position for 3 months

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide assistance to customers through phone and email, enhancing their understanding of our complete product range.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales consultants to perform administrative tasks that ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales team by delivering personalized customer service, including timely quotes and precise order processing.
  • Manage customer contracts, coordinate deliveries, handle invoicing, and respond to general sales inquiries.
  • Ideal candidates should be comfortable answering phones, familiar with LTL carriers, and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, with some experience in Excel being advantageous.

**Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • 0-3 years of experience in purchase order/RMA/RGA processing is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is required; Excel knowledge is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are crucial.
  • A pleasant demeanor for both phone and in-person interactions is expected.
  • General computer skills and a self-motivated attitude are required.
  • Enthusiasm, courtesy, and clear articulation are highly valued.
  • Ability to learn quickly and a service-oriented mindset are essential.
