Job Summary

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at AdientOne Consulting. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and administrative support.
  • Process customer orders, updates, and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in purchase order processing and logistics.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management software.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
