Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, meetings, and conferences, including room reservations, catering, and vendor engagement.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as needed, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or enterprise setting.
