We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Hand & Stone Brentwood. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our valued members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an outstanding customer experience through phone calls, appointments, and membership sales
- Promote products and services to maximize appointment bookings
- Communicate effectively with Service Providers to ensure seamless client experiences
- Achieve performance-based goals set by management, including membership conversion, booking efficiency, and gift card sales
We provide a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate and uncapped commission structure on membership sales. Our top performers can earn an additional $2-$4 per hour in commission.
