What You'll Do:
- Inspect and assess pest problems with precision and suggest Terminix solutions following company policy and pricing instructions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and grow sales revenue.
- Meet and greet potential customers to generate new business for the branch.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
- High school education or GED.
- Valid driver's license from current state of residence.
- Strong customer service, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to move up to 10 lbs regularly and 11-20 lbs frequently.
- Regularly sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Safely operate a motor vehicle and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
- Perform detail-oriented activities at close distances.
