Position Overview:


The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) RN will be responsible for leading the operations of our home health agency, ensuring exceptional standards of patient care and strict adherence to Medicare guidelines.


This position demands a strategic leader with profound clinical knowledge, outstanding organizational capabilities, and a dedication to enhancing home health services.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide visionary leadership and direction to ensure superior patient care and compliance with clinical best practices.

2. Develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to maintain compliance with Medicare regulations and industry benchmarks.

3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and coordinate comprehensive patient care plans, ensuring effective service delivery.

4. Conduct regular evaluations, audits, and quality assurance initiatives to identify improvement opportunities and implement necessary changes.


5. Act as a liaison among staff, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote effective communication and care coordination.


6. Address and resolve patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and advancements in home health care practices.

Qualifications:
1. Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.

2. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in home health.

3. Previous leadership or management experience in a home health or similar healthcare environment is highly preferred.

4. Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare regulations and accreditation standards for home health agencies.

5. Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team of healthcare professionals.

6. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to ongoing quality improvement.
