ProStaff is seeking a Strategic Financial Leader: Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a leading company in the construction industry, seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations and contribute to strategic decision-making.

In this critical role, you will:

  • Oversee all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Leverage your expertise in construction accounting to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies to optimize expense management and control worker's compensation costs.
  • Partner with the Board of Directors to provide financial insights and guidance for strategic planning.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and tax laws.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role within the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar field
  • Proven track record of success in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
