Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely responses to internal and external customers, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-departmental team to resolve billing inquiries and provide revenue cycle support services.
  • Process and follow up on payer issues with various entities to ensure timely resolution.
  • Research and resolve straightforward account activity, maintaining accuracy and integrity of the revenue cycle system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers on billing methods and principles, resolving concerns and providing clear explanations.
  • Participate in the flow of accounts throughout the revenue cycle process, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet organizational targets, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum 1 year of revenue cycle experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to understand and follow HIPAA regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Language Skills:
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
Work Environment:
  • Standard office environment with minimal noise and distractions.
