About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Sales Specialist to join our team at Plant Therapy. The successful candidate will work closely with our Director of Sales to drive sales growth, establish positive relationships with customers, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the supplement industry
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in line with company goals and values
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of potential business to support sales targets and growth objectives
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company, our capabilities, and our processes
  • Respond to internal and external communication in a timely manner
  • Learn and become proficient in company software platforms
Requirements
  • Well-connected within the dietary supplement and nutraceutical industry with strong knowledge of supply chain, operations, product development, and sales
  • Self-motivated to deliver exceptional results for customers and the company
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze industry data and trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment managing multiple sales projects
Work Environment

This role offers a flexible work arrangement, with options for on-site, hybrid, or remote work. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with additional hours as required.
