We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Representative – Waterworks to enhance our sales efforts. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and engaging with our clients in the waterworks sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, municipalities, and potential clients through proactive outreach and high-quality service.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive account portfolio and territory strategy, ensuring all customer information, sales targets, and account plans are meticulously organized.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures and reporting requirements.
  • Within your designated area, focus on increasing sales volume and profitability while assisting in the budgeting process.
  • Collaborate effectively with branch personnel and the branch manager to devise market strategies, expand market reach, and address any challenges.
  • Support branch operations as needed, including training and other tasks assigned by the Sales Director or Executive.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven sales experience is essential; both outside and inside sales backgrounds will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and a solid sales skill set.
  • In-depth knowledge of products and applications within the waterworks industry, including experience with onsite septic systems, pumps, and irrigation.
  • Ability to foster positive interactions with diverse colleagues and clients.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel as necessary to meet sales objectives.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to fulfill sales responsibilities.
