Position: Retail Sales Representative

Service Areas: Various locations across the West, Central, and East Coast Regions.
Compensation: Up to $15.50 per hour
Work Schedule: 16-20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned store routes in accordance with established visit frequencies, collaborating closely with the District Manager.
  • Order necessary inventory based on store guidelines, utilizing a company-provided tablet and scanner with Repsly software.
  • Adhere to a structured store visit protocol, which includes delivering merchandise from previous orders, completing task forms, capturing images, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and policies related to invoicing, exchanges, and returns.
  • Understand planograms and departmental layouts while effectively managing sales and inventory.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective communication with store associates during each visit.
  • Confirm receipt of merchandise shipments with authorized store personnel.
  • Maintain professional communication with store management and associates.
  • Organize and clean display cases and shelving units.
  • Conduct store assessments and audits as needed, including photographing departments to address store challenges.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Opportunity to assist additional stores based on business requirements.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D; prior experience in merchandising or retail is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Access to a personal vehicle for travel to various store locations.
  • Proof of car insurance.
  • Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
  • Access to a computer or smartphone with internet connectivity.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
