  • Collaborate with our team of attorneys and paralegals to develop strategies.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct in accordance with the firm's values and mission.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the legal field and contribute to the firm's knowledge base through article writing and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar and be in good standing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Proven experience in document writing, article writing, brief writing, taking and defending depositions.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent ability to provide sound legal advice.
  • Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion.

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 per year, as well as excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, STD/LTD, and life insurance. If you are a driven, ambitious, and detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for justice, we would like to meet you.
