Position Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Military Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the Intelligence Warfighting Function. This role involves providing comprehensive military intelligence support for training exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Support Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of intelligence-focused training support, ensuring alignment with training unit objectives.
  • Expertise in Intelligence Functions: Act as a subject matter expert in the Intelligence Warfighting Function and the Military Intelligence Training Strategy (MITS).
  • Instruction and Mentorship: Provide instruction, coaching, and mentoring to brigade and battalion staff on intelligence collection methodologies.
  • Simulation Operations: Operate and configure various intelligence simulation systems, including the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT), WARSIM Intelligence Model (WIM), and Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE).
  • Technical Configuration: Specifically for IEWTPT, manage the Technical Control Cell (TCC), Target Signature Arrays (TSA), and Virtual Reality Scene Generator (VRSG) to enhance training simulations.
  • Integration of Simulations: Integrate intelligence simulations with constructive simulations to enhance training effectiveness.
  • System Proficiency: Maintain expertise in Mission Command Systems integration and interoperability, assisting operators during training events.
  • Data Management: Handle sensitive government data in compliance with security protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current adjudicated U.S. Secret Clearance, with eligibility for Top Secret Clearance (TS/SCI) and successful completion of a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
  • Cyber Security Workforce baseline certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA-Security).
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Completion of relevant military schooling such as Captains Career Course or equivalent.
  • Experience within the Intelligence Warfighting Function, particularly in Battalion or Brigade S2 roles.
  • Familiarity with Army Mission Command and Intelligence Collection software systems.
  • Prior experience with intelligence simulation systems, particularly IEWTPT.
  • Ability to work independently and creatively, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft applications.
