Valiant Integrated Services, a prominent entity in the Defense Services sector, is seeking a seasoned and proficient Military Analyst to enhance the Intelligence Warfighting Function. This role involves joining a dedicated team that provides Military Intelligence Simulation training support services to the Army.

Position Overview: The full-time role serves as an Intelligence Subject Matter Expert and operator of intelligence simulations, specifically focusing on the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of intelligence-focused training support by MTC staff.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the Intelligence Warfighting Function and the Military Intelligence Training Strategy (MITS).
  • Deliver intelligence collection instruction, coaching, and mentoring to brigade and battalion staff.
  • Expertise in various intelligence simulations, including IEWTPT, WARSIM Intelligence Model (WIM), and Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE) systems.
  • Configure and operate components of IEWTPT, WIM, and MUSE to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Integrate intelligence simulations with constructive simulations to meet training objectives.
  • Maintain proficiency in Mission Command Systems integration and interoperability.
  • Handle Government sensitive data responsibly.

Qualifications:

  • Current adjudicated U.S. Secret Clearance, with eligibility for Top Secret Clearance with TS/SCI.
  • Cyber Security Workforce baseline certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA-Security).
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Completion of relevant military schooling such as Captains Career Course or equivalent.
  • Experience within the Intelligence Warfighting Function, particularly in Battalion or Brigade S2 staff roles.
  • Familiarity with Army Mission Command and Intelligence Collection software systems.
  • Prior experience with intelligence simulation systems, specifically IEWTPT.
  • Ability to work independently and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
