This position involves managing guest accounts, assisting with inquiries, and facilitating a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Compensation:$16 - $17 hourly
Key Responsibilities:- Address and resolve guest concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to guarantee that rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
- Oversee room reservations through various channels, including in-person, online, and phone inquiries, while providing information about room availability, amenities, rates, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure accurate distribution of room keys.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reservation management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Exemplary interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Experience in handling phone communications and managing challenging situations.
- Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality role, particularly as a front desk agent.
