About the Job

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Leader for Enterprise Protection to join our team at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a strong background in risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Tempe, Arizona, with some travel required.

Responsibilities
\
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy
- Identify and mitigate risks through vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement controls to prevent unauthorized access to systems and data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular security awareness training and phishing simulations for employees
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and adapt our cybersecurity strategy accordingly

Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and seven years of experience in cybersecurity, including experience in risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response. You should have a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
