About the Job
Cybersecurity Analysts at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation are responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our organizational systems and data. This role involves working closely with operational teams and technology teams to develop and maintain compliance plans and processes, detect and respond to security incidents, and proactively monitor emerging threats. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a critical role in protecting the assets of our organization and maintaining our reputation as an industry leader.

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain compliance plans and processes
* Detect and respond to security incidents
* Proactively monitor emerging threats and provide actionable intelligence
* Assess and prioritize vulnerabilities
* Conduct audits and assessments to enforce compliance and map cyber risk processes

Requirements
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Knowledge of NIST 800-171, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), DFARS 252.204.7012, and other compliance standards and requirements
* Professional certifications a plus (CISSP, CEH, CCTIP, GCIH, CTIA, CISA, PCI, CISM or equivalent)
* One to three years of information technology experience, ideally at the enterprise level, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certifications
