About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Support Analyst to join our team at Sentinel Technologies, Inc.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, administering, troubleshooting, repairing, and escalating customer issues across a wide line of technologies all with a security focus.

This is a remote-based position with occasional site visits to our Tempe, AZ location. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Support, administer, troubleshoot, repair, and escalate customer issues related to security technologies.
  • Provide timely and effective incident response, managing requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Manage vendor and service provider case management.
  • Perform health checks for various security products as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with security technologies, preferably in a managed security services environment.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and traffic flow in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to analyze change impacts and communicate why changes may weaken security envelopes.
  • Experience with Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to stay current on IT security trends, vulnerabilities, and news.
