Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, while also performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival, issuing visitor passes and parking validations as needed.

• Direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

• Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms, including room setup, catering orders, and technological equipment.

• Perform general clerical duties, such as distributing office faxes and packages, and ordering office supplies.

• Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight, arranging messenger service as needed.

• Utilize existing procedures to solve straightforward problems, exercising discretion as required.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

• Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

• Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
