Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Concentric is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Concentric's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
