- Oversee Production: You will be responsible for overseeing the production of cupcakes, including mixing, baking, and decorating, to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines and ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: You will be responsible for managing inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet production demands.
- Develop and Implement Processes: You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the bakery, including streamlining production workflows and implementing quality control measures.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a bakery or food manufacturing environment.
- Education: Culinary or pastry arts degree or equivalent certification.
